Welcome, and thank you for choosing Simplifyn.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Simplifyn mobile application, website, and related services provided by T25Apps OPC Private Limited (“Simplifyn”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using Simplifyn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Our Mission

Simplifyn exists to help people make thoughtful, long-term financial decisions by giving them a clearer understanding of where they are today and where they could be tomorrow.

We believe better financial decisions come from better understanding — not from predictions, hype, or promises. Everything within Simplifyn is designed around one goal: helping you visualize and plan your journey toward financial freedom.

The Simplifyn Experience

Simplifyn is a long-term financial planning application. Instead of connecting to your financial institutions or automatically tracking your finances, Simplifyn allows you to manually build a complete picture of your financial life and visualize your progress toward financial freedom.

Depending on the features you choose to use, Simplifyn may allow you to:

• Record your recurring spending, investments and savings, financial goals and milestones, and liabilities
• Visualize your Financial Freedom Journey, view your current Financial Freedom Capital, and see the next financial milestone you're working toward
• Receive daily AI-powered financial insights and AI insights whenever you add or update your financial information
• Ask custom questions about your finances using AI
• Share your dashboard with one invited partner

Simplifyn is designed to help you understand your finances — not to replace your judgement or financial professionals.

What Simplifyn Is

Simplifyn is designed to support long-term financial planning. It is a clear visual roadmap to financial freedom, an AI-powered financial coach, a powerful strategy simulator, a long-term financial projection engine, and a decision-making tool for life's big financial decisions.

What Simplifyn Is Not

To set clear expectations, Simplifyn is not: a daily expense tracker, a real-time stock or portfolio tracker, a budgeting application, a get-rich-quick tool, financial advice, or a licensed financial or investment advisor.

Simplifyn does not connect to banks, brokerages, mutual fund platforms, retirement accounts, cryptocurrency exchanges, or other financial institutions. All financial information displayed within the application is based solely on the information you choose to enter.

Eligibility

To use Simplifyn you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country), have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.

Your Account

You may create an account using Email and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple (on supported platforms). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us promptly.

Your Financial Information

Simplifyn relies on information that you choose to provide. The quality of your Financial Freedom Journey, projections, simulations, and AI insights depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. Because Simplifyn does not automatically retrieve information from financial institutions, it is your responsibility to keep your information up to date if you wish your projections and insights to reflect your current financial situation.

Financial Freedom Projections

Simplifyn uses the financial information and planning assumptions you provide to generate visual projections and simulations. These projections are intended to support long-term planning and decision-making. They are not guarantees of future financial outcomes. Actual financial results may differ significantly due to changes in markets, inflation, taxation, investment performance, interest rates, personal circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

AI Coach

Simplifyn includes AI-powered features designed to help you better understand your financial information. Depending on your subscription and available AI credits, AI Coach may provide daily financial insights, insights whenever you add or modify financial information, answers to custom financial questions, and planning observations based on the information you have entered.

AI Coach is intended to provide educational guidance and planning insights. It is designed to help you better understand your finances and explore possible scenarios.

AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence is not perfect. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances. The AI Coach does not know future market movements and cannot predict investment performance or guarantee financial outcomes.

AI-generated responses should never be interpreted as investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or retirement advice. Before making important financial decisions, you should consider consulting a qualified financial professional who understands your personal circumstances.

Shared Dashboard

Simplifyn allows you to invite one other person to share a combined financial dashboard. Sharing occurs only after both users have agreed to participate. Each participant may stop sharing at any time. When sharing ends, each account returns to displaying only its own financial information. You should carefully consider what financial information you choose to share with another person.

Free Features and AI Coach Subscription

The core Financial Freedom Journey and financial planning features of Simplifyn are available without a subscription. AI Coach is offered as an optional premium feature.

New users may receive a free AI Coach trial, which currently includes 14 days of AI Coach access and 3 AI credits for custom AI questions. After the trial ends, an active subscription is required to continue using AI Coach features.

Subscribers receive daily AI insights, AI insights whenever financial information is added or modified, and custom AI questions (subject to any fair use limits described within the application).

Subscription features, pricing, and trial offers may change over time. Any such changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and through the relevant app store where required.

Billing

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the respective app store in accordance with its policies. Simplifyn does not collect or store your payment card information.

Acceptable Use

When using Simplifyn, you agree not to violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, introduce malicious software or harmful code, attempt to reverse engineer the application except where permitted by law, misuse or abuse AI Coach through automated or excessive requests, or attempt to bypass subscription or usage limits.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or our infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

Simplifyn, including its software, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, user interface, designs, content, algorithms, and other intellectual property, is owned by T25Apps OPC Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use Simplifyn for your personal, non-commercial use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Service Availability

We work hard to provide a reliable service. However, Simplifyn is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. From time to time, the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, internet connectivity issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Privacy

Your use of Simplifyn is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Simplifyn, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Simplifyn at any time and may delete your account through the application. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including if these Terms are materially violated, the Service is used unlawfully, or continued access could compromise the security, integrity, or operation of Simplifyn.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simplifyn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide accurate calculations and reliable software, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, that projections will match future financial outcomes, that AI-generated content will always be accurate, or that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T25Apps OPC Private Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Simplifyn. This includes, without limitation, financial losses resulting from decisions made using projections, simulations, or AI-generated insights. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to the Service

We continuously improve Simplifyn. We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features, subscription plans, or functionality from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice before material changes take effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown at the beginning of this document. Your continued use of Simplifyn after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Simplifyn shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
