Our goal is to help you understand your financial future — not to monetize your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information, build advertising profiles, or connect to your financial accounts.
We collect only the information necessary to provide the features of Simplifyn and explain our privacy practices as clearly as possible.
By using Simplifyn, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Simplifyn mobile application, the Simplifyn website, customer support interactions, and the services we provide. It does not apply to third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the information required to provide and improve Simplifyn.
3.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect your email address, authentication method (Email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple), and display name. This information is used only to authenticate your account, secure access to your information, and communicate with you regarding your account when necessary.
3.2 Preferences
Simplifyn stores a small number of planning preferences that personalise your experience, including preferred currency, projection profile (Conservative, Moderate or Aggressive), inflation assumption, and Financial Freedom target (20×, 25×, 30× or 40× annual expenses).
3.3 Financial Information You Choose to Enter
Simplifyn is designed for manual financial planning. You choose what information to record within the application. Currently, Simplifyn stores only spending, investments and savings, goals and milestones, and liabilities that you enter. All information within Simplifyn is entered and maintained by you. Simplifyn does not connect to your bank accounts, brokerage accounts, retirement accounts, mutual fund platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, credit cards, or other financial institutions.
3.4 Investment Tracking
Simplifyn is not a real-time investment tracking platform. We do not automatically retrieve investment prices, account balances, or market values. We also do not collect the account identifiers, portfolio information, security holdings, or credentials that would be required to automatically fetch investment values from financial institutions or market data providers. Any investment information displayed within Simplifyn is based solely on the information you manually enter and update.
3.5 Shared Dashboard (“Partner”)
Simplifyn allows you to invite one other person to share a combined financial dashboard. Sharing occurs only after both users explicitly agree. When sharing is enabled, each person can view the combined dashboard, entries remain identified by the person who created them, and either participant may stop sharing at any time. When sharing ends, each account returns to displaying only its own financial information.
3.6 Technical Information
To maintain the reliability and security of Simplifyn, we may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, application version, diagnostic information, and crash reports. This information is used solely to diagnose technical issues, improve stability, and maintain security.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
Simplifyn intentionally avoids collecting information that is not necessary. We do not collect:
- Bank account credentials, brokerage credentials, credit or debit card numbers, UPI credentials
- Government-issued identity documents
- Contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, SMS messages, browser history
- Precise device location
- Advertising identifiers for behavioural advertising
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and secure your account, authenticate you, synchronise your information across your devices, calculate financial projections, generate dashboards, provide AI-powered insights, operate the Shared Dashboard feature, improve application stability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising profiling or targeted advertising.
6. AI Features
Simplifyn uses Google Gemini to provide AI-powered financial planning insights. AI capabilities within Simplifyn include daily AI-generated insights, AI-assisted financial observations, and custom AI queries available through AI credits and eligible subscription plans.
When AI features are used, your request is securely transmitted, and a summarised representation of your financial information necessary to generate the response may also be transmitted. Your email address and direct account identifiers are not intentionally included in AI requests.
Simplifyn does not maintain a persistent history of AI conversations.
AI-generated content is intended to help you understand your finances and explore planning scenarios. It should not be considered financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
7. How We Protect Your Information
Your information is stored using secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encrypted communications, authenticated account access, database access controls, Row Level Security where applicable, and secure cloud hosting. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Simplifyn:
- Supabase — Authentication and secure cloud database
- Google Gemini — AI-powered insights
- RevenueCat — Subscription management and purchase verification
- Apple App Store / Google Play — Payment processing
- Sentry — Crash reporting and diagnostics
Each provider processes information in accordance with its own privacy practices.
9. International Data Transfers
Depending on where you use Simplifyn, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where international transfers occur, we take reasonable measures to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information because it is necessary to provide the services you request, to fulfil our contractual obligations, to maintain the security and reliability of our services, where you have provided consent where required, or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account, your personal information and financial records are permanently removed from our active systems as part of the account deletion process, except where limited information must be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, request data portability where required by law, or withdraw consent where applicable. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@t25apps.com or submitting a request through the Support section within the Simplifyn app.
13. Children's Privacy
Simplifyn is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
15. Third-Party Websites
Simplifyn may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing personal information.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where required by law, provide appropriate notice within the app or through other suitable communication channels.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
